Gallaher Homes Rebuilds Sonoma County

Since Gallaher Homes opened our Bring Back Sonoma County November program after the 2017 wildfires, our goal has always been to get as many families back home as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why we created our one stop shop build program that offered a selection of 14 floor plans to choose from, consultation and project management, permits and engineering, landscaping, and a robust selection of interior finishes delivered in an effortless, turn-key fashion. We signed just shy of 100 homes in Coffey Park, Hidden Valley, and Larkfield. We are thrilled to share 24 families have already moved back home, with another 30 due to be home by the end of the spring

While we are grateful for the opportunity to have served our community during this unprecedented time, Gallaher Homes has decided to shift our focus back to our original business in multi-family developments. We have closed enrollment for the Build a New Home Program. Our dedicated team remains in our Coffey Park offices now located at 1620 Nina Court to continue working with our current list of clients.

We understand that many others may not be looking to rebuild and are considering other options. If you have decided not to rebuild, our team would like to discuss our Lot Purchase Program with you. Click here to learn more

Gallaher Homes looks forward to welcoming our remaining clients back home and thanks you for your continued support.

Bring Back Sonoma County Testimonial by the Takano FamilyLast October’s wildfire was an unforeseen event for our family and so many in our community. From not knowing if we could afford to rebuild, to wondering if we even wanted to rebuild…there were so many thoughts, feelings, and emotions swirling around. I didn’t want to build a custom home, dealing with designers and architects and the many other responsibilities and daunting decisions that I would be required to make, when all I really wanted was to be back home. Bring Back Sonoma County appealed to our family as they had 14 different plans to choose from. We found the plan that was much different from what we had, but felt like it could be a great fit for our family going forward. The wonderful staff worked their magic, helped us pick our interior finishes without overwhelming us, and were always available with a listening ear to any concerns we might have. They took on the task and left us to deal with our everyday lives and one year to the date from the fire, we moved home to a gorgeous home waiting to make new memories.

Bring Back Sonoma County Testimonials“Our family lost 3 homes in Coffey Park during the October 2017 wildfires. A few weeks after the fires, my wife Alice and I were searching for a home builder with a long term presence in Sonoma County and a great reputation for building quality homes. We found it in Gallaher Homes. We first met Molly Gallaher and her staff at their office in Windsor. They left such a good impression on us that just a couple of weeks later, we were signing contracts. Molly and her Mom Cindy were instrumental in helping us choose just the right finishes and Bill Gallaher also came by to check if all was going well. This made us feel like we were working with a family business that cared. Once the work started, it continued without delay until completion. Now that our first home is finished, we could not be happier with the choice we made. When reading on Nextdoor Coffey Park about neighbors having issues with some contractors, we now know that we made the right decision. Our two other homes are close to completion as well and we can’t wait!”
